Service Description

Each call will begin with a 10-15 minute check in, about a 30-40 minute reiki/meditation/visualization (whichever you prefer) and then for the remainder of the 90 minute session I will hold space for you as you write a poem based on any insights that came through or what needs your attention at this time, and then I will guide you in reading the poem aloud and feeling the words in your body.
