one on one poetry & energy healing sessions

I am now offering one on one sessions through Zoom called The Poetry Within You, where we will harness the healing energy of reiki, meditation, visualization, movement, writing and spoken word in order for you to connect with your feelings, body, mind, and spirit, in order to honor your authentic voice and cultivate trust and power within yourself.
Each call will begin with a 10-15 minute check in, about a 30-40 minute reiki session/meditation/visualization (whichever you prefer) and then for the remainder of the 90 minute session I will hold space for you as you write a poem based on any insights that came through or what needs your attention at this time, and then I will guide you in reading the poem aloud and feeling the words throughout your body.

You do not have to consider yourself a poet or a writer to sign up for these sessions. These sessions are designed to hold space for you to embody your authentic voice, to be in communication with your subconscious and Higher Self, and to give space and perspective to your feelings from an embodied space.
Once you book your session, I will reach out to you via email to check in and have you answer a few questions so I can prepare poetry prompts for our session. Tarot and oracle cards are wonderful tools to help us tap into our intuition, receive messages from our Higher Selves, help us make decisions and take aligned action in our lives. I would love to help shine some light in an area in your life you are hoping for some clarity or support in. Please note, these card readings are not designed to predict the future or answer specific yes/no questions, but instead a way to hold up a mirror to your intuition and help you discover your own magic.

30 Minute Intuitive Card Reading via Zoom - $55
At the beginning of the session we will discuss what area of your life you are looking for clarity on and will decide whether an animal oracle card or tarot card reading (or both) would be best and what type of spread would best suit your question.
60 Minute Intuitive Card Reading via Zoom - $99

1 to 1 Distance Reiki Sessions
These 1-hour Zoom sessions begin with a check in on what you’re hoping to receive during our time together. We then move into the distance Reiki session where I will be utilizing a variety of healing modalities such as: sound healing (Koshi Chimes and a Tibetan singing bowl), essential oils and sprays, crystal healing, and smoke clearing. I will also be sharing any messages, affirmations, images, or animal guides that come through during our session. These sessions are intuitively guided based on what you’re hoping to receive/themes that you are moving through.
