Join me for a rejuvenating and replenishing Reiki energy session to honor the themes of the Summer Solistice  and Cancer season. The group will begin by pulling a couple of Oracle and affirmation cards and will have time to share how these cards resonate with them before sinking into a restorative Reiki session. Participants will be guided through the Reiki session and will be provided themes, visualizations, and affirmations to focus on. Each of these energy sessions are intuitively led, but tools I typically use in my sessions include: singing bowls, chimes, smoke cleansing, crystals, and aromatherapy. Reiki is a holistic healing modality that practitioners use as a non-invasive technique to channel energy with the goal of promoting healing, relaxation, and overall well-being.
