Join me for a relaxing Reiki energy session to honor the themes and traits associated with the sign of Libra: ​

compassion, balance, fairness, sincerity, charm and beauty.

What to Expect 

I will begin by chatting about the astrological sign and its themes. We will then pick a couple of Oracle or affirmation cards for support and guidance during this season and I will weave the themes we discuss into our Reiki session. Participants will then be invited to get comfortable on a yoga mat (blankets and a bolster are provided) as I guide you through the Reiki session (about 25-30 minutes in length) and will be provided themes, visualizations, or affirmations to focus on during the session. Each of these energy sessions are intuitively led, but tools I typically use in my sessions include: incense, smoke cleansing, crystals, poetry, aromatherapy, singing bowls and chimes. Reiki is a holistic healing modality that practitioners use as a non-invasive technique (hovering hands or light touch depending on preference) to channel energy with the goal of promoting healing, relaxation, and overall well-being.
