Join me for a relaxing Reiki energy session to honor the themes associated with the sign of Leo:

courage, leadership, passion, creativity, and self-confidence. 

What to Expect 

I will begin by chatting about the astrological sign and its themes. Each person will then pick a couple of Oracle or affirmation cards for support and guidance during this season and everyone will have time to share how their cards resonate with them. Participants will then be invited to get comfortable on a yoga mat (blankets and a bolster are provided) as I guide you through the Reiki session (about 25-30 minutes in length) and will be provided themes, visualizations, or affirmations to focus on during the session. Each of these energy sessions are intuitively led, but tools I typically use in my sessions include: incense, smoke cleansing, crystals, poetry, aromatherapy, singing bowls and chimes. Reiki is a holistic healing modality that practitioners use as a non-invasive technique (hovering hands or light touch depending on preference) to channel energy with the goal of promoting healing, relaxation, and overall well-being.
