Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation Policy: All payments must be made in full prior to your session. I understand that payments made to Rooted In Courage are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your service will receive a full refund (100%). If you are sick, please stay home and rest to avoid getting others sick. If you are sick and need to cancel after the 24 hour window, let me know and we can see about transferring your payment to another monthly group session if you'd like. Thank you! Age Policy: You must be 18 or older to make a reservation with Rooted In Courage. All minors must be booked by a parent/guardian and need to be accompanied by an adult at time of service.
