In-Person Reiki Session

Service Description
These one-on-one Reiki sessions begin with a personal check-in (about 10-15 minutes) where you can share what brings you to the space and what you are hoping to get from the session. This check-in can involve anything from general intention setting to utilizing the support of Oracle cards. We will then move into the Reiki session (about 35 minutes in length) where I will be utilizing a variety of healing modalities such as: sound healing, essential oils and sprays, crystal healing, and possible smoke clearing, based on your individual preferences and intuitive guidance. When giving Reiki, I will serve as a conduit for the universal energy of Reiki, allowing it to flow through my hands, with the goal to rebalance and clear the energy pathways, facilitating a state of relaxation and well-being. Please note: I primarily utilize hovering hands in my session but will sometimes use light touch (based on your comfort level). During or after the session, I will share any messages, affirmations, images, or animal guides that come through. These sessions are intuitively guided based on what each individual is hoping to receive and themes that they are moving through. The last 10 minutes of the session will be to transition out of Reiki and check in with your body and mind. I will also email you a summary of your session.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy: All payments must be made in full prior to your session. I understand that payments made to Rooted In Courage are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your service will receive a full refund (100%) or may be rescheduled. If you are sick, please stay home and rest. You are eligible for reimbursement if you need to cancel because of illness or we can reschedule for a time you are feeling better. If for any reason I need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given. Lateness Policy: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, I may have to shorten or reschedule your service. Age Policy: You must be 18 or older to make a reservation with Rooted In Courage. All minors must be booked by a parent/guardian and need to be accompanied by an adult at time of service.
